Installations
From single interactive learning provisions through to multi-site control room installations, no matter how complex the audio visual specification, you can rely on AV2events to interpret the brief, provide advice on design and complete your installation to only the highest quality standards. An on-site survey is conducted for the majority of installation packages, including consultation with an experienced member of the team.

Training
Beyond cutting-edge installations, AV2events offers training packages to help schools, businesses and venue teams make the most of their audio visual investment. Delivering training courses centred around the pedagogical use of interactive technologies, our aim is to enable schools and businesses to leverage their investment, empowering users with the skills and confidence to use their technology to good effect, making lessons fun, meetings great and improving the overall experience.
We can provide bespoke training courses from foundation level through to more advanced workshops tailored specifically around the use of interactive software and solutions, each finely tuned to the needs of both education and business. AV2events also provides access to vendor-accredited courses.
Support
We are always conscious of the impact that kit failure and incorrect configuration have on the smooth operation of your AV systems. AV Health Checks

LED and Videowalls
Large-format LED and videowall displays demand more than a good mounting frame. We survey, specify and install fixed and feature LED, from video displays to pixel-mapped lighting features, including power distribution, data and control, and we commission every screen to perform at its best in its environment. Our NICEIC-qualified team can deliver the electrical scope too.
Digital Signage
We install and manage signage across single sites and estates, on leading platforms including Samsung VXT, Fugo and iiyama iiSignage. From screen selection and structured cabling through to platform setup, content scheduling and ongoing support, we keep your messages live and your screens reliable.
Meeting Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms
A meeting room should work the first time, every time. We design, install and commission Microsoft Teams Rooms and unified communications spaces, including containment and socket planning, so that rooms are simple to use and simple to support.
Commissioning, Testing and Handover
A system is not finished when it switches on. We commission, soak test and document every installation, and give you a formal handover report, so you know exactly what was delivered and how it performs.
